A man walks up to a woman in his office each day, stands very close to her, draws in a large breath of
air and tells her that her hair smells nice.
After a week of this, she can't stand it any longer and goes to
Human Resources. Without identifying the guy, she tells them
what the co-worker does, and that she wants to file a
sexual harassment suit against him.
The HR supervisor is puzzled by this approach, and asks,
"What's sexually threatening about a co-worker telling you your
hair smells nice?
The woman replies, "It's Keith......the midget"

Un uomo tutti i giorni si avvicina ad una donna nel suo ufficio, sta in piedi molto vicino a lei, annusa l'aria e le dice che i suoi capelli hanno un buon odore.
Dopo una settimana così lei non può più sopportarlo e va dal Responsabile Risorse Umane.
Senza smascherare l'uomo, descrive cosa questi fa e che vuole fargli causa per molestie sessuali.
Il responsabile la guarda stupito.. e chiede "Cosa c'è di sessualmente molesto nel fatto che un collega ti dica che i tuoi capelli hanno un buon profumo?
La donna risponde "E' Keith, il nano"

ma non potevi tradurla subito???? non l'avrei mai capita nell'altro modo
